Elizabeth is the baker, animal lover, and creative heart behind Peachy Pops. What started as simply baking for her family and stocking homemade treats at her little porch farmstand slowly turned into something much sweeter. Between raising kids, caring for animals, and running a self-serve stand here in Georgia, she began making cake pops just for fun- and before long, people started asking when they could order their own.

Valentine treat boxes were really the moment everything clicked. Seeing how excited people were over something homemade made Elizabeth realize just how much joy these little sweets could bring to others. What began as a small creative outlet quickly grew into something the local community looked forward to each week.

The name Peachy Pops Co. was inspired by life in the Peach State and the belief that desserts should feel happy, colorful, nostalgic, and just a little extra fun.

Today, Peachy Pops has grown into a self-serve Grab & Go cake pop fridge open daily from 8am–8pm right from her front porch in Dalton, Georgia. Alongside custom orders and seasonal collections, Elizabeth loves creating both classic flavors and creative monthly specials that families can stop by and enjoy anytime.

Every cake pop is handmade in small batches with the goal of bringing a little extra joy to someone’s day- whether it’s for a celebration, a gift, a weekend treat, or simply because they needed something sweet.

Elizabeth is always dreaming up new flavors, seasonal ideas, and ways to make Peachy Pops feel special for the community that has supported her from the very beginning.
