Terms of Service
By placing an order with Peachy Pops, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before purchasing.
Order Placement & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Orders are not confirmed or added to the calendar until payment has been received.
Invoices that remain unpaid may be canceled and the date released to other customers.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are made to order based on the details discussed and approved prior to payment.
- Design mockups may be provided for approval before production
- Minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the product
- Once production begins, changes cannot be made
Preorders and Grab & Go
Preorders are prepared specifically for your selected pickup date.
- Preorder pickup times must be honored
- Grab & Go items are first come, first serve unless reserved through preorder
- Availability is not guaranteed without preorder
Pickup Policy
Customers are responsible for picking up their order at the agreed time.
- Orders not picked up on time may not be guaranteed in quality
- Peachy Pops is not responsible for damage or spoilage after pickup
- If you are running late, please communicate as soon as possible
Storage & Handling
Cake pops should be stored properly to maintain quality:
- Keep in a cool, dry place
- Refrigeration is recommended for extended freshness
- Avoid heat and direct sunlight
Peachy Pops is not responsible for product quality after improper storage or handling.
Allergens
Products may contain or come into contact with:
- Wheat
- Eggs
- Dairy
- Soy
- Nuts
If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products:
- All sales are final
- No refunds once an order has been completed
If an issue arises, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup so we can make it right.
Quality Concerns
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
If there is an issue with your order, please reach out with photos within 24 hours of pickup. We will review and determine an appropriate resolution.
Right to Refuse Service
Peachy Pops reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
